Pictures Courtesy of Vicki McFall

A group from Aberchirder holding a picnic on the shore at Tarlair by Macduff.
The lady in the centre whirling her skirt is Eliza Fraser, wife of Hugh Fraser of the Temperance Hotel.
The fiddler on the right is John (Jake) Fraser who was the village postie for many years.

Time to eat.
On the bench are George Watson and George Auchynachie.
Just visible on the far left of the picture are bottles keeping cool in the shade if the cliff.
